For each new profile created DesktopSaver will save the entire history of the movement of icons that were made so that, if you wish, you can also restore the icon positions at that particular time or in conjunction with that particular move runs on the desktop.
The software is accessible directly from the system tray, as shown in the screenshot attached to the top post, after clicking on the appropriate icon.
Depending on your needs you can also choose to initialize DesktopSaver concurrently Windows starts or not simply by selecting the appropriate item attached to the panel settings of the software.
